Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Remuneration: Up to £26,
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Project Administrator to join our client's amazing team in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. As an integral part of their organisation, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless communication between key stakeholders, project management team members, and other members of staff. Responsibilities:
1. Collate essential information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency ✍️.
2. Act as a gatekeeper within the client information system, resolving any issues with artwork comments .
3. Provide updates on the status of jobs and queries to the Project Manager .
4. Liaise with the project management team to create records on the internal information system .
5. Estimate and collate costs for work .
6. Ensure timely distribution, monitoring, and chasing of approvals ✅.
7. Brief back amends/approvals clearly, checking before submission .
8. Support other accounts workload as needed .
9. Escalate any issues to the Head of Operations and assist with reporting data .
