Working for the Group Chief Executive within the Chief Executives Department, your role will contribute to the development of excellent service delivery across all teams within the Group and promote continuous improvement.
Role Information:
Working within the Chief Executive’s Department, your role as a Quality & Research Officer will contribute to the development of excellent service delivery across all teams within the Group and promote continuous improvement through investigations into customer feedback including a caseload of complaints and enquiries.
You’ll be a true customer champion and have experience of complaints handling best practice. You will deliver your role through a combination of qualities: exceptional customer service skills, good conversation skills, working diligently and at pace to ensure the right resolutions for our customers with clear and concise written explanations for complaint outcomes and maintaining accurate records. This is a role with a demanding workload, competing demands and pressures so being able to plan, organise and prioritise using a methodical approach is essential.
You will be an excellent team worker with the ability to build relationships at all levels throughout the organisation and with stakeholders.
