You will work closely with the Senior HR Advisor and the wider HR team to support the transition to a new HR system, HiBob. HR Administrator - About The Role Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the HR team to successfully transition to and implement the HiBob HR system. Upload and insert HR documents into HiBob in the correct format, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Filter and manage confidential employee data, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations by retaining only relevant information and documents. Enter employee data into the required formats for data uploads and system updates. Provide administrative support to the HR team during the transition process, helping to ensure smooth data migration. Work closely with the HR team to address any system-related queries or issues during the transition phase. The successful HR Administrator will have/be: GCSEs in English and Maths graded 5 or higher (or equivalent). Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A self-starter with high levels of resilience, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Strong aptitude for IT and a willingness to pick up new technologies quickly (prior experience with HR systems or HiBob is a plus but not required). A "can-do" attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in HR. Discretion and tact, with the ability to handle confidential information with care.
