Key Responsibilities
1. Work as part of the workplace team – deputising for the Workplace Lead, providing seamless and effective delivery of all customer-facing service lines to include; meeting room and visitor management, Reception Desk, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Email Management and Events
2. Assisting Workplace Lead in driving the workplace forward through supporting additional day to day operational duties
3. Engage with all key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and efficient and swift response to all service requests
4. Manage food consumables (such as the snacking programme) and stock levels
5. Effectively deal with all client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations
6. As a brand ambassador for ISS, you will be responsible in ensuring that all client site procedures and standards are met
7. Coordination of all queries and helpdesk tickets from the customer, ensuring all actions are tracked, distributed and closed off within a timely manor
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Can adapt to different working environments and manages time efficiently to drive a greater workplace
9. A team player who supports in driving collaboration for both the onsite team and the customer
10. Knowledge in hospitality and event coordination
11. Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
12. Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
13. Excellent communication skills
14. Excellent customer service skills
