Senior Architect / Architectural Technician
📍 Hybrid | Flexible Working | £35k-£45k + Bonuses

Are you an experienced architect or technician looking to step up and take the weight off a growing practice? We're looking for a mid-to-senior level professional to join our team, working on residential projects with direct client management responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Managing client relationships independently
✅ Running or supporting a small team (max 5-7 people)
✅ Taking projects from concept to completion
✅ Using Revit daily (this is a must!)
✅ Working hybrid (a few days a week in-office) with flexible hours
✅ Earning target-driven bonuses on top of your salary

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years post-grad experience in architecture or technical roles
✔️ Strong residential project experience
✔️ Ability to lead and manage a small team (or aspirations to do so)
✔️ Driving license & own car (site/client visits required)
✔️ Ready to start ASAP for the right candidate
