Role Overview:

This Housing Management Solicitor role involves advising social landlords and other organisations on a range of housing management issues. Key responsibilities include handling:

* Disrepair and injunction claims
* Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases
* Breach of tenancy and possession claims
* Access injunctions for safety
* Service charge disputes and leasehold management

Requirements:

* Previous experience in housing law, ideally for social landlords
* Confidence in client interactions and managing expectations
* Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
* Commitment to the social housing sector
