Role Overview: Working closely with Key Account Managers, you’ll focus on maintaining and developing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a growth mindset who is highly organised and thrives in a high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with KAMs to manage and grow accounts within your area. Use CRM tools like Salesforce to track opportunities and ensure follow-up. Conduct Quality Calls (MSI QCs) to ensure excellent customer engagement. Analyse data using tools like Phocas for gap analysis and variance reporting. Proactively identify and act on new site opportunities. Achieve daily and weekly KPIs while driving business growth in core markets like infrastructure and RC Frame. Requirements What You’ll Bring: At least one year of sales experience. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
