The FP&A Senior Manager role will be responsible for leading and managing high-impact financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives. This role will drive project-based financial modeling, scenario planning, and strategic decision support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, coupled with a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects that optimize business performance.
You will partner closely with various departments and hotel teams to ensure alignment on key strategic projects, optimize financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.
Position Summary:
1. Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:
o Lead the development of detailed financial models for various strategic projects including contract analysis, project analysis, fee analysis and NPV analysis
o Perform scenario analysis and financial forecasts to support decision-making and recommend the best course of action for project success.
o Monitor project-related budgets, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure financial targets are achieved.
2. Cross-functional Project Leadership:
o Serve as the finance lead for strategic projects, collaborating with teams from Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and other departments.
o Drive project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
o Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and progress tracking across all involved departments.
o Generate and present insightful analysis, dashboards, and reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and project status.
o Provide actionable insights into project profitability, risks, and opportunities.
o Lead the post-project financial analysis, ensuring lessons learned and best practices are applied to future initiatives.
4. Process Improvement & Financial Systems:
o Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes, tools, and systems to enhance project performance and reporting.
o Identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements in financial planning processes.
5. Stakeholder Communication & Influence:
o Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and provide financial guidance on strategic decision-making.
o Influence key stakeholders by presenting data-driven insights and fostering a results-oriented culture.

* FP&A Experience
* Hotel Finance Experience
* Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Certificates: Qualified Accountant
* Managerial or Supervisory type: Managerial
* Ability to demonstrate strong, relevant experience
* Additional: Advanced Excel and strong written/verbal communication skills
