We are searching for committed educators in the Lancaster area to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students. This role offers a daily pay rate of £100 to £110, determined by your experience, qualifications, and level of expertise.
In this role, you will be working closely with teachers to implement individualised support plans, facilitating engaging learning activities, and providing one-on-one assistance to students in the classroom. You will foster an inclusive environment that encourages student participation and confidence, while also monitoring progress and adapting strategies as needed.

Responsibilities:
6. Preparation of resources and activities for 1:1 support tailored to the child's needs.
7. Collaborate with classroom teachers / SENCO to organise appropriate activities.
8. Liaise with other professionals such as Teacher's, TA, specialist support staff.
9. Work closely with other LSAs and support staff.
10. Work with classes, small groups and with children on a one to one basis.
11. Monitor and track the development of the pupil In question and support personal development and confidence.
Preferred skills:
12. Managing behaviour of pupils whilst undertaking work to ensure a constructive environment
13. Strong classroom management
14. Motivated and enthusiastic demeanour
15. Be an inspiring and engaging communicator
16. Use imagination and innovation to enhance learning experience
Requirements:
17. Be comfortable and confident in managing challenging behaviours.
18. Ability to engage with, and build rapport with the students.
19. Be creative, proactive and flexible in their supporting style.
20. Have experience with SEN or knowledge learning difficulties.
21. TA qualified.
