Job Summary
Modality Partnership Hull division has a vacancy for a Salaried GP Up to 9 sessions a week. The postholder will be passionate about patient care, working across Modality Hull division and contributing to the innovation within the partnership in the way care is delivered. Main duties of the job
The role is a patient centred role delivered from your nominated practice site. The postholder will need to confidently evidence key skills such as excellent verbal and written communication skills, clinical skills and empowering patients to manage their individual health conditions. The usual duties of a salaried GP will be expected patient care through regular appointments, home visits and the general administration for patient care. The postholder will work in collaboration with their local practice team, engaging the use of the associated roles that are be attached to the practice.

Knowledge Essential
1. Eligible to practice independently as a GP in the UK
2. Full GMC Registration to practice as a GP
3. Entry on the Medical Performers List
4. MRCGP (Desirable)
5. Bachelor of Medicine or Bachelor of Surgery
6. Interest/qualification in medical education/GP training
7. Good understanding of the transforming landscape of primary care, new roles and the value of multi-professional teams
8. General understanding of the GMS contract
9. A good understanding of QOF
10. An understanding of GP commissioning
11. A good understanding of Patient Choice
Qualifications Essential

1. IT skills (MS Office, Internet etc) able to competently use all basic IT software.
2. IT skills (Use of Clinical Systems) experienced in use of a primary care clinical software system, preferably SystmOne and other remote consultation technology.
3. IT skills (systems and software) able to independently problem solve to enable effective remote working and minimise disruption to working day.
