Job Description:
Our solutions include Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Supply Chain Planning, Order Management, Transportation Management, and Warehouse Management, with a focus on sustainability and leveraging the Oracle ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of SCM processes, and a proven record of selling these solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor sales representatives to achieve targets.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop strategies to grow revenue and market share for SAAS SCM solutions.
3. Business Development: Identify new market opportunities, develop partnerships, and grow customer base. Collaborate with marketing for campaigns.
4. Customer Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand needs, and offer tailored solutions using Oracle tools.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.
6. Market Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly, focusing on sustainability and Oracle solutions.
7. Collaboration: Work with sales leadership, marketing, product development, and support teams to coordinate efforts.
8. Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of Oracle’s SCM solutions, cloud products, and ESG regulations.
Additional Requirements:
* Knowledge of Oracle Applications and competitors in SCM/Logistics.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience in new business acquisition.
* Willingness to travel.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* 5+ years in SCM or Logistics sales.
* Fluency in English.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Business, Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, or related; MBA preferred.
* Experience in sales management, preferably in SAAS with SCM and sustainability focus.
* Understanding of Oracle cloud solutions.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Analytical skills for interpreting sales data and trends.
* Self-motivated with strategic problem-solving abilities.
