HR Advisor duties include:
Working with hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction
Processing, preparing and issuing HR paperwork
Carrying out employee security screening
Maintaining employee files
Being the main point contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues
Providing advice for Line Managers on HR related issues
Monitoring and booking training for the wider business
Handling required compliance duties
The ideal candidate will:
Exceptional attention to detail and to tight deadlines
Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge and qualification in BS7858 would be ideal
