Compliance Chain is seeking a Data Analyst who can help us manage and optimise our business performance by leveraging data, analytics and a technical skill set. You will be reporting into the Head of Operations.
You will be responsible for:
* Owning the end-to-end delivery of analytical models to generate actionable data driven insights and recommendations across Compliance Chain Platform
* Developing automated data products to consistently drive effective insights and measurable results at scale
* The design, build and maintenance of high-quality dashboards, KPIs and visualisations to evaluate business performance
* Supporting performance optimisation across the business by sharing data, analytical expertise, and subject matter knowledge
* Working with other Instrumentation and technology teams to ensure that relevant data, reporting and KPIs are available within the data warehouse for organisation wide consumption
You should apply if you have:
* Degree relevant to data analysis or equivalent technical/ quantitative field
* 2+ years of relevant professional analytical and/or consulting experience
* Experience developing complex analytical and/or commercial models (e.g., in Excel)
* Experience with Python and its relevant libraries for data manipulation and analysis
* Experience in leveraging Python to acquire data from external sources using APIs and/or web-scraping is preferred but not mandatory
* Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques (e.g., Tableau) is preferred but not mandatory
* Demonstrable ability to clearly and concisely summarise data into consumable content (e.g., in PowerPoint) for a wide audience including senior leadership
* Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset; actively and intuitively seeks ways to identify performance improvement opportunities
* Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to think strategically about a quickly growing business alongside the interest and ability to dive into tactical details
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use research, hard data and metrics to challenge assumptions and solve problems
