About the role: This role is an exciting opportunity to build and develop the core operations that enable the delivery of the business. There is room to grow into the role, explore areas of particular interest and work directly with the Leadership team in the growth of the company. This is a challenging but rewarding role that will involve engagement across the whole Triple Line company, from the interns to the directors, from London to Manila. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has high levels of initiative and the confidence to multi-task with minimal supervision, to raise concerns, and to ask for help when needed. Being proactive and to identify issues that need resolving or improving is critical. You will be supported in this role by the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. Main responsibilities: Operations & Management (40%) Lead on the delivery of corporate improvement initiatives, in line with the Annual Business Plan, and with support from the Head of Operations; Lead on the review and upgrade of corporate Standard Operating Procedures and policies, and promote and ensure adherence by all departments; Provide SharePoint user guidance and contribute to improving consistency and effectiveness of information and document governance and support architecture development; Provide ad-hoc support to the Head of Operations and Chief Operating Officer, for example, drafting company presentations, conducting research, and supporting the delivery of staff training (including running in-house training on core policies and processes); Oversee suppliers and manage related contracts linked to HR, Duty of Care, and IT; and Responsible for maintaining company insurances and managing any related claims. Project Support (20%) Responsible for supporting all UK-team national and international travel and accommodation requirements; Ensuring compliance to duty of care policies and providing ongoing support to travellers with security and duty of care requirements while travelling. HR Management (30%) Own, and seek improvements in, the whole employee journey from recruitment, to onboarding, performance management, professional development, and offboarding. Lead on all HR related annual reporting including gender pay gap analysis, staff surveys, and attrition. Ensure compliance to - and offer support to team members on - HR processes across the whole company, and take an active support role for UK-based hires including active engagement with line managers and hiring managers as and when required. London Office Management (10%) Be the welcoming 'face’ of the London office - including meeting and greeting clients and partners. Responsible for the overall administration of the London office including procurement and maintenance of assets, organising events, lead on health and safety of the London office. Person specification: We are looking for a driven and ambitious person to join the team. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong initiative, and the ability to deliver with minimal supervision. You will love fast-paced environments and taking ownership of complex challenges. You will be skilled at collaborating with team members at all levels, including feeling comfortable voicing well-substantiated dissenting opinions when required. Essential Experience in delivering corporate administration Organised, pro-active, and confident, with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Self-starter with a can-do attitude who can plan, prioritise, and manage their own workload effectively with limited supervision. Relevant qualification in HR, administration, management, or business. Excellent standard of written and spoken English. Ability to effectively manage and communicate appropriately with senior members of staff, including Directors Strong command of IT systems including knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, and the confidence to learn new systems. Experience of working within a consultancy environment.
