We’re working with an established, family ran shopfitting company that’s looking for a Finance Administrator to join their friendly office team. You’ll get hands-on experience in both finance and general administration, with plenty of support and training to help you grow.

Varied Workload – No two days will be the same, with a mix of finance and general admin tasks As a Finance Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:
Supporting with day-to-day tasks like processing invoices and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
Assisting with general office administration tasks such as filing, emails, and answering phones
Communicating with suppliers and clients to resolve queries
Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc admin tasks as needed What We’re Looking For:
No specific experience is required, but any administration or finance experience would be a bonus
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
A willingness to learn and develop new skills
Basic IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team Other Information:
Salary: £25,000 per year
Office based: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Holidays: 20 days + Bank Holidays
