Description Main responsibilities: Bring new & used vehicles into stock daily. Keep a paper trail of this & electronic record. Action payments for used cars when purchased. Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold. Create order forms & prepare documents for vehicle handover, including registering new vehicles. Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles - Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates. Update system records for sold vehicles once handed over - VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty. Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes. Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required. 'End of Month' reports for Accounts team. Profile Essential Skills: Proficient in IT, with strong competency in MS Office. Eagerness to learn and adapt. Excellent organizational skills and effective time management. Possession of a full and clean driving licence. Desirable Skills: Experience with Pinnacle software is a plus. Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment is advantageous.
