We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective digital strategies and customer journeys aimed at increasing the company’s online visibility, generating new leads, and enhancing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing content across digital channels, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns, and demonstrating the return on investment (ROI) of initiatives while identifying opportunities for optimization. The candidate will report to the Head of Product Marketing and will collaborate with the external digital marketing agency.
Responsibilities
* Plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility, awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement with a particular focus on SEO, SEM, email marketing and content marketing.
* Create and manage content across digital channels, monitor KPIs for campaigns, and evaluate ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop innovative digital projects and tools that enhance user experience and lead conversion.
* Design, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns specifically tailored to support new customers acquisition.
* Design and execute targeted sales campaigns that leverage digital channels to promote specific products or services
* Develop strategies to increase traffic to company websites, improving organic rankings and implementing paid media tactics.
* Manage and monitor website performance, ensuring an optimal user experience and effective sales funnel management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
* Proven experience of at least 4-6 years in similar roles in digital marketing, preferably in IT sector, preferably in B2B environments
* Good skills in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics tools.
* Experience in managing digital projects and developing tools focused on lead generation, traffic optimization, and sales support.
* Experience in the development of messaging, value propositions and marketing content
* Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication skills
