About Us:
Paradine Competition is a dedicated and highly competitive team in the GT World Challenge Europe. Based in the UK, we are committed to achieving strong results in one of the most demanding racing series in the world. With a focus on technical precision, innovation, and teamwork, we aim to maximize our performance and competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In-Session Driver Coaching: Use real-time data to provide actionable instructions to drivers via radio during sessions, helping them refine their technique lap-by-lap.
2. Post-Session Driver Coaching: Analyse session data with the driver to identify areas of improvement and provide feedback to enhance driving performance for upcoming sessions.
3. Vehicle Balance Analysis and Setup Input: Assess vehicle handling dynamics and collaborate with race engineers to propose and implement adjustments to optimize car setup for track conditions.
4. Strategy Calculations and Compliance Monitoring: Perform detailed calculations to inform race strategies, including fuel loads, stint lengths, and tire usage. Ensure adherence to all GTWC regulations, including driving time limits and pit stop requirements.
5. Factory Liaison and System Diagnostics: Act as the primary interface with factory support, providing feedback on vehicle systems and assisting in diagnosing technical issues to ensure peak performance.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience in GT World Challenge Europe (GTWCEu) or other high-level GT racing categories is essential.
2. Strong expertise in data analysis and performance optimization within motorsport.
3. Ability to provide clear, concise feedback to drivers during high-pressure situations.
4. In-depth understanding of vehicle dynamics and race strategy.
5. Knowledge of GTWC regulations and requirements.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
7. Experience with TC and ABS system optimisation is desirable.
8. Positive attitude and happy to assist with garage setup and packdown.
