About the Role
* Working as a 'trusted advisor' with the Managing Director of one of Correla's business units this role is best suited to a effective 'relationship' manager who relishes partnering with senior leaders to drive growth initiatives and optimise business unit profitability.
* To devise and deliver financial strategies aligned to Correla's strategic plan, ensuring financial rigour is embedded into the decision-making process across all your business units.
* To proactively use your financial 'know-how' and commercial acumen to drive innovation and deliver tangible financial and operational benefits.
* To work closely with your MD across the budgeting and forecasting cycles, taking joint responsibility for the production of timely and accurate financial information.
* To provide effective leadership to your team, fostering a 'high performance' culture and positively influences behaviour across the wider business.
About You
* Able to evidence significant effective collaboration and influencing skills across a range of 'senior' stakeholder relationships up to board level.
* First-hand experience in applying financial modelling and analysis to influence effective decision-making across your business unit.
* Ability to evidence successful delivery across a range of financial metrics designed to deliver enhance operational effectiveness.
* Finely honed leadership skills with a proven ability to foster high levels of performance within your team in periods of transformation.
* CCAB or equivalent qualified, evidence of first-hand experience within commercially focussed organisations.
