We’re looking for a Catering Manager to join our Hotel Services Team based in The Princess Hospital The Catering Manager is responsible for planning, organising, and developing of
the overall operation of the Catering department to a high standard and to deliver a high standard of food services to patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations

What you’ll do:
1. To affect the firm application of standards as regard food services
2. Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety are practised at all times
3. Ensure all staff receive appropriate orientation and training
4. Monitor and report on the performance of the department
5. Assist in production of departmental budget
6. Offer advice and recommendations for improving the services and achieving greater value
7. Meet with patients to obtain feedback on services provided
8. Deal with complaints
9. Ensure all Staff are following HCA policy and processes and trained to the relevant standards associated with Catering
