We’re currently seeking a Fusion Centre Manager to join us at Chelmsford. This\nis a really exciting time to join. Chelmsford is soon to be one of our\nflagship centres, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the centres\nsuccess.\n\nThis isn’t your average centre; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities\nto lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great\nworking environment.
Supported by an Assistant Manager and Workshop Controller\nyou’ll lead a team of around 11, with skilled technicians and customer\nservices advisors to deliver a seamless service.\n\n• £35,000 - £41,000 per annum\n\n• Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (with potential to earn more)\n\n• 5 days a week\n\n• Earn extra with our refer a friend scheme – T’s Apply.\n\nApplications close 1st December. Successful applicants will be required to\nattend an **Assessment Centre on the 12 th December** at Head Office,\nRedditch.\n\nTo be a success in this role:\n\nYou’ll have a track record of achieving success with teams, working to give\ncustomers a fantastic experience. Accountable for the day to day running of\nyour Centre, for maximising profit and minimising loss, in this role you’ll\nreally come into your own.\n\nDelivering excellence will be woven through everything that you and your team\ndo, both in terms of quality standards and results.\n\nYou’re no stranger to efficiency, and will optimise workforce scheduling,\nensuring maximum capacity in the Centre to meet customer demand.
Alongside\nthis, with your analysis of customer metric and Centre performance data,\nyou’ll lead your team to deliver against – and exceed - sales margin and\nprofit targets.\n\nAlong with:\n\n * Experience of exceeding customer metrics targets through effective management \n\n * Experience of delivering coachingtraining in the moment to colleagues \n\n * Management experience, including managing capability and performance \n\n * Experience of developing colleagues through delivery of technical training \n\n * A track record of success in delivering against sales targets \n\n * Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety and quality \n\n * Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing \n\n * Experience of labour force scheduling, with proven time management skills \n\n * IT proficient, with experience of using Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint, with the aptitude to learn in-house systems \n\n * A current full valid driving licence \n\nWe know that everyone has different priorities at different stages of their\nlives, so we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits.
