An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established organization in Amersham.
Our client is recruiting for an enthusiastic and organized Support & Admin Assistant, with the main purpose of the role being to assist with running the help-desk Support facility (phone calls and emails) for users, charities and partner organisations.
The role is Part Time, to cover 3 days per week (22.5 hours), with one of the days needing to be Monday.
This is a fully office-based role reporting to the Head of Service Delivery and working as part of a small team supporting each other to provide an excellent support service for the users.
ROLE:
* Administrative and operational support where required in the office.
* Frontline help-desk Support.
* Providing responsive, empathetic and efficient User and Partner Support on the company’s platform by both email and telephone.
* Adding new charities/users to the platform, updating partner details and enabling individual access.
* Collecting of bank details to enable donation payments by phone and email.
* Submitting gift aid claims to HMRC.
* Referring partners and users to the training team when required.
EXPERIENCE:
* Good level of Customer Service.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Able to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism
* Previous customer service and administrative experience.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Good working knowledge of MS Office.
