On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
1. Open and distribute mail and other materials.
2. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.
3. Schedule and confirm appointments.
4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
5. Answer electronic enquiries.
6. Compile data, statistics and other information.
7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
8. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
9. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
10. Perform data entry.
