This is a full-time, office-based role where you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our conveyancing services. Key Responsibilities: Preparing and managing legal documents and correspondence related to conveyancing. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Maintaining and updating client files and records. Handling telephone inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Assisting with the preparation of reports and legal research as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within the conveyancing sector. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
