Bristow Holland is looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a well-established and growing business based in Ipswich. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Active Directory. Support and administer Office 365, including email, Teams, and SharePoint. Diagnose and resolve issues with Windows OS and related applications. Deliver excellent customer service while handling IT support calls and tickets. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary. Key Requirements: At least 2 years of IT support experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows OS. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users. Experience handling support calls and managing tickets efficiently. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
