You will play a crucial role in maintaining commitment to quality and safety. The Role ¨ Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints, and implement measures, to prevent recurrence ¨ Develop and maintain a system for tracking and reporting compliance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) ¨ Management of Company Sustainability (Sedex) ¨ Management of Plastic Packaging Tax (PPT) ¨ Management of Energy Saving (ESOS) Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Climate Change Levy (CCL) ¨ Support and Collaborate with all Managers to ensure procedures and protocols are being adhered to ¨ Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with local, national, and international regulations ¨ Create and update compliance-related company policies and procedures ¨ Lead internal and external audits and manage regulatory inspections ¨ Conduct compliance training programs for employees ¨ Ensure supplier and contractor compliance with company policies and procedures ¨ Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions About You ¨ Minimum of 3 years of compliance experience in the manufacturing industry advantageous ¨ Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials ¨ Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, CCL, ESOS, Sedex, PPT) ¨ Knowledge of Packaging/Cosmetic Industry advantageous ¨ Strong analytical and organisational skills. ¨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ¨ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks If this role is of interest please contact Charlotte Sinar By submitting your CV to Task Master Resourcing Ltd you are consenting to Task Master Resourcing Ltd providing you with recruitment services as an agency defined under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and authorising Task Master Resourcing to work seek on your behalf.
