Service Sales Negotiator
Location: Ashford, Kent, TN24 0GR
Salary: Competitive Salary Package + Benefits!
Contract: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00, permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:00, although some flexibility will be required

Service Sales Negotiator Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Sales Negotiator. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Area Service Sales Manager, focusing on the sale and administration of maintenance agreements within a specific region.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting with the preparation of accurate and timely quotations for new and existing customers.
2. Entering and updating customer information in our CRM system and following up on communications as needed.
3. Processing incoming orders, ensuring all necessary details are provided to correctly set up agreements in our ERP system.
4. Collaborating closely with the field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive, administrative capacity. You will need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively as part of a team. The successful candidate will need to live within a daily commutable distance.
What Are the Skills Necessary To Perform This Role?
1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Highly organised with good administration skills
3. Excellent communicator able to build and maintain customer rapport
4. Basic knowledge of UK geography
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Programmes
6. Ability to work on your own initiative
7. Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential
8. Good literacy or numeracy skills
