What you’ll be doing
In this role as Sales Manager your primary responsibility drive sales of scientific imaging and spectroscopy solutions to leading research institutes, including Oxford and Cambridge.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Drive sales and growth within the assigned territory.
* Execute strategic sales plans and exceed regional quotas.
* Manage sales pipeline and quotes.
* Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
* Demonstrate products and provide training/installation as needed.
* Utilize CRM to manage territory and forecast sales.
* Prepare sales reports for management.
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based anywhere within the UK & Ireland.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work remotely and travel at least 60% within the region. They must possess excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with an assertive, outgoing personality and a proven ability to close orders. A bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline is required, with an M.S. or Ph.D. preferred, along with experience in scientific cameras and spectroscopy.
