Job summary
We have a permanentopportunity for a Band 7 Clinical Specialist Dietitian which will sit withinthe Worcestershire Adult Eating Disorders Team. The role will oversee andsupervise junior dietitians and establishing pathways of care trust wide acrossthe eating disorder teams. The positionis, hours a week.
We are seeking a highlymotivated, skilled, and registered dietitian who has experience of workingwithin eating disorders. The postholder will clinically manage the dieteticaspect of the service, ensuring the service continues to meet national targets.
The service is a countywidesmall outpatient therapy service eating disorder service that provides clinicalmanagement and treatment for patients with eating disorders. The team hasrecently expanded as part of the community transformation project acrossHerefordshire and Worcestershire so you will be joining a well-established andsupportive team.

Main duties of the job
Thesuccessful candidate will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary teamto support our client group through their treatment within our service.
Professionaldevelopment is encouraged; there are strong links with local and regional CPDand training networks, with regular trainees on specialist placements.
Thepost holder will be based in Worcestershire, however, is expected that the rolewill support the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Adult Eating Disorder andChild Eating Disorder services in supervising junior members of staff andestablishing pathways of care. It is essential that applicants can meet thetravel requirement for the post.

To workas part of the Eating Disorders Team and, through this, contribute to thedevelopment of appropriate outcome measures and care pathways, includingnutrition support initiatives within Worcestershire.
To bepart of the leadership team within the service and will support the clinicallead with service development; this post includes a supervisory role to juniordietitians working in eating disorder services across the trust.
Tomanage a clinical caseload providing a comprehensive and effective dieteticservice, using advanced/highly specialist knowledge and skills.
To workcollaboratively within the multi-disciplinary team.

15. Eating Disorders qualification Diploma in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders or equivalent
16. Psychotherapy qualification basic certificate in counselling
