What You Bring: ✅ Qualifications: GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English, along with a recognized EHS industry qualification. ✅ Experience: 3-5 years in an EHS role, preferably in a medium to large organization. ✅ Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. ✅ Problem-Solving: Proficiency in tools like 5-Why, 8D, and Kaizen to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement. ✅ Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills to liaise with internal teams, external auditors, and stakeholders. ✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. ✅ Leadership: Strong influencing skills and the ability to work autonomously.
