Learning Support Advisor (Customer Service)
Working: Hybrid - 2 days office and 3 days remote
Hours: 35 hours Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm
Overview:
In this role, you’ll be working as part of a team who deliver an exceptional experience to our customers through a range of communication channels. You'll be the customer advocate, advising and supporting a long-term and lasting relationship with us here at CIM.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting customers via a range of channels
* Working in collaboration with CIM teams and departments to promote opportunities for the benefit of the customer
* Collaborating across departments to understand policies and processes, and to ensure these are as effective and efficient as possible
* Actively listening for and encouraging customer feedback, ensuring this is recorded and used to improve the customer experience
* Proactively promote CIM products and services where appropriate
* Assist where required across all team processes for the benefit of the customer
* Maintain understanding of CX industry, key themes, and trends
* Actively engage with CIM products and services for personal development and proudly promote these to our customers
* Provide solutions with appropriate and accurate advice, promoting one-contact resolutions
* Make improvement recommendations for the benefit of the customer
* Maintain accurate and relevant records in line with GDPR guidance
What we'd like:
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Experience with Microsoft Office products
* Able to learn, retain and adapt to new product/service knowledge
* Strong understanding of CIM's products and services
