My client is looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support their Director, based in Stockton.
Key Responsibilities:
PA to Director:
1. Use Microsoft Excel to assist with various administrative tasks.
2. Manage and maintain the Director’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
3. Provide daily reminders and scheduling support to ensure effective time management.
4. Book travel arrangements, including flights, holidays, hotels, and personal appointments for the Director.
5. Manage office stock orders and coordinate with external vendors for supplies.
6. Assist with product cleansing and processing refunds.
7. Monitor office security and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Customer Care & Office Support:
8. Deliver excellent customer service by answering reception calls and managing live chat queries.
9. Professionally handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
10. Process orders, create order confirmations, and manage payments.
11. Liaise with suppliers and respond to customer reviews across various platforms.
12. Maintain and update the company website.
