Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated and hardworking Land & New Homes Account Manager to join their successful Land & New Homes team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced sales environment, contributing to the growth and success of their business. The ideal candidate will have estate agency or new homes experience, strong administrative skills.
Land & New Homes Account Manager - Key Duties
1. Positively promote and sell newly built and converted homes.
2. Coordinate and conduct viewings, provide detailed feedback, and prepare weekly client reports.
3. Negotiate offers and agree sales.
4. Build and maintain relationships with developers, customers, solicitors, and brokers.
5. Act as the Social Media Champion for the Land & New Homes team (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
6. Assist in marketing plans and the launch of new developments.
7. Support market appraisals and pricing for off-plan units.
8. Generate new business opportunities for the Land & New Homes division.
Land & New Homes Account Manager - Key Skills
1. A tenacious and results-driven approach to sales.
2. Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
4. Confident communicator with outstanding verbal and written skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
6. Experience in shared ownership (desirable but not essential).
7. Full, clean UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Land & New Homes Account Manager - Package
£28,000–£30,000 basic, with a realistic OTE of £35,000+ (based on experience).
Pool car use
25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing further with service milestones).
Monday to Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. - Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (with a day off in lieu).
