We have an exciting opportunity for a Referrals and Assessment Manager to join our team, as we embark upon an exciting chapter to further grow and develop our services!
Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will contribute to driving commercial growth across all our portfolios whilst working closely alongside Operations and Recruitment, to facilitate safe and appropriate placements.
You will act as the first point of contact for all referral enquiries received and will lead the full cycle referral process; from assessment through to admission. The focus of the role is to manage the smooth facilitation of referrals, coordinating with wider operational colleagues to maintain high levels of occupancy across the organisation.
A key measure of your success will be in the incremental increase of occupancy levels throughout our services; both new and existing, and you will deliver and report on clear metrics and KPIs as instructed by the Director of Business Development. Your approach will need to be reflective of our values and respect for our colleagues and the people we support.
You will drive commercial growth for the organisation by identifying, unlocking, and cultivating relationships with Commissioners across ICBs and local authorities.
As a Referrals and Assessment Manager, you will need to have experience working with ICBs, Local Authorities, Commissioners, and other Healthcare professionals, ideally with established relationships across the locality. You will have a good understanding of complex care (Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health), ideally having worked in an operational capacity previously. You will be commercially focused, articulate, and possess the ability to think strategically. You will have exceptional relationship-building skills and be comfortable with securing new business and account management.
