Reconciliation of contractor invoices to timesheets
* Emailing contractors to chase for timesheets/ invoices
* Entering contractor invoices on Sage
* Communicating via email and telephone with the contractors dealing with queries on invoices and timesheets
* Processing of employee and contractor expenses
* Raise and send out remittances
* Compliance with Company Management Systems supporting improvement, identifying and reporting issues
* Other ad hoc duties as required
* Assistance in raising sales invoicing to clients
Skills Required
* Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel
* Be an excellent team player and be able to work on their own initiative
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines
