Role Overview
We have an opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join the Northern Development Project Management team to work on exciting new build developments in the industrial and logistics, student and residential sectors which are at a variety of different stages. This is a great opportunity to support and help to grow the pipeline of new build projects.
The role will be involved in activity at all stages of the project lifecycle, supporting the Project Director, whilst receiving full support from the rest of the team and will be mentored by the Northern region Development PM lead, to accelerate their learning.

Team Overview
The Northern Building Consultancy & Project Management team is a fast-paced and friendly team of 33, consisting of 12 Directors, 4 Associate Directors, 4 Associates, 2 Senior Building Surveyors / Project Managers, 5 Graduates, 1 Apprentice and 4 Team Secretaries split between our Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle office locations.
