About the Role:
As a Music Teacher (QTS), you will:
- Deliver engaging and comprehensive music lessons to students across various age groups and abilities.
- Develop and implement a creative and inclusive music curriculum that fosters students' musical skills and appreciation.
- Inspire and motivate students to participate in musical activities, both within the classroom and in extracurricular settings.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their musical growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organise school concerts, performances, and other musical events.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Music Teacher (QTS) role will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Music.
- A strong background in music education and performance.
- Experience in teaching music to a range of age groups and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- A commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
