Maximum full time job rate potential is £15,372 per annum, performance related

About the role:
Break Therapeutic Services is a multi-disciplinary therapeutic team (psychotherapists, psychotherapeutic counsellors, counsellors) who work with staff teams across Break’s services supporting them to provide trauma-informed and attachment-focused care and support.
We are seeking a part time Therapeutic Practitioners to be part of the BTS residential team focused on developing trauma-informed care and therapeutic practice, supporting staff teams within our homes. Your named office base will be in Norwich with the expectation that the majority of your role will be carried out at our residential services at other locations in Norfolk including west and north Norfolk and Suffolk.
You will be able to build relationships with dedicated staff teams who work directly with the children and young people in our care. You will facilitate reflective spaces and support teams to consider the needs of each young person through a trauma informed lens and offer direct therapeutic frameworks and practice support. You will also provide one-to-one reflective spaces to help individual members of staff with the impact of caring for young people with a significant trauma history. You will deliver CPD and workshops to support staff understanding and development.
You will be joining a reflective, passionate, curious and supportive team within an organisation that is committed to moving towards an embedded trauma-informed model of work. The value of external clinical supervision is fully acknowledged and 1.5 hours per month of clinical supervision is funded by Break.
