Anchor Group is a family business. Anchor Vans was established over 30 years ago and have recently won the Independent LCV Retailer of the year 2024.
We are looking for a positive, proactive and competent salesperson who is great with customers and keen to learn. You will be joining a well established sales team and must be a team player with the ability to account manage their customers from introduction through to renewal. Main dealer sales experience would be an advantage but we are also willing to consider hiring from outside the motor trade.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver an outstanding sales experience.
* Respond to customer enquiries who are seeking to purchase our fantastic new and used vehicles.
* Manage enquiries through all channels including digital, phone and walk-ins
* Provide customers with an unrivalled level of customer service from qualification to handover.
* Upsell of Finance, Guarantee’s and Paint Protection.
* Maintain the high standards of the Anchor Group.
Essential Qualifications:
* At least one year of experience of being a Sales Executive with a proven track record in sales.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Computer literate.
* Great negotiation skills.
* Ability to problem solve to a positive outcome.
* Must be well organised.
* Ability to Multi-task.
* Full UK Driving Licence
OTE 60k
