Benefits: Committed and supportive environment Excellently equipped premises Staff referral scheme As an Admin Officer, you will: Provide high quality, clerical and administrative support across the school Coordinate attendance and lateness records, ensuring ongoing monitoring to promote good attendance Manage supply cover as and when required in order to meeting demands of teaching and learning Complete reception duties, dealing with enquiries & welcoming visitors to site To be successful as an Admin Officer, you will: Have experience in an administrative environment, preferably within education, however, not essential Be confident in using database applications Be able to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision Have proven experience of meeting deadlines with changing priorities and competing demands In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £28,408 full time equivalent, depending on experience. Please note, this is a part-time (18.75 hours a week) vacancy on a term time only basis.
