Premises Assistant 30 Hours per week (6-hour shift) Must be flexible to work between 6.30am – 6.30pm – Term time only Current hours are 12.30pm – 6.30pm, flexibility is required Burnwood Community School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Premises Assistant to be part of our Premises Team, ensuring that the building, grounds and utilities are maintained to a high standard. The successful candidate will; Have an approachable and confident manner with excellent communication skills Have skills appropriate to maintaining our large school building Have some understanding of the requirements and importance of Health & Safety. Be able to work on his/her own initiative as well as part of a team.
