Our client is seeking a Warranty Specialist for its Birmingham, AL, location.

Compensation: $50-55k/annually
What you’ll be doing:
1. Managing warranty claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and manufacturer policies.
2. Reviewing and verifying claim documentation to ensure all required information is provided.
3. Communicating with customers, vendors, and manufacturers to gather claim details and resolve discrepancies.
4. Tracking and reporting warranty claim statuses to internal teams and external partners.
5. Identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements to enhance the warranty experience.
What you’ll need to be considered:
1. Ability to manage high volumes of documentation in time-sensitive situations.
2. High-volume customer service support background.
3. Strong organization and high attention to detail work ethic.
