The impact you will have:
You will significantly impact business growth by strategically positioning our brand and delivering campaigns that drive engagement and pipeline generation targets globally. Your deep understanding and exceptional execution of integrated campaigns, full-funnel marketing, creative services, demand generation, messaging & content will drive brand awareness and lead generation across verticals and regions. By fostering strong relationships with key colleagues and enabling a small multi-disciplinary team to excel, you will help deliver high value and differentiated campaigns that build commercial value for Elliptic. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will also be an essential part of our Marketing Senior Leadership team. You will need to be hands on and able to deliver to a high-level, as well as support and contribute to the wider strategic aims of the business.
Key Responsibilities
What you will do:
* Campaign Management
o Leading a team to ensure the successful design, delivery and measurement of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement
o Utilize data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance
* Brand Development
o Strengthen Elliptic’s global brand presence through consistent messaging, innovative content, and strategic communications
o Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality standards
* Stakeholder Collaboration
o Work closely with the wider commercial team, senior leadership, intelligence and policy teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business goals and efficiency
o Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to amplify marketing efforts and ensure maximum effectiveness
* Performance Tracking & Reporting
o In partnership with the Marketing Operations Manager and Revenue Operations Lead, monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
o Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign ROI and inform future strategies.
* Team Management
o Lead, inspire, and develop a small team of marketing professionals operating across timezones
o If required, support the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
* Content Development
o Oversee the plan and production of a constant stream of content marketing and thought leadership programs/materials that support our brand and commercial goals.
o Work with key internal and agency partners to ensure all content is aligned to ICP needs.
* Event Management
o Oversee, and when required support execution, of the global events programme spanning owned and 3rd party events, speaking opportunities and webinars.
* Budget Management
o Work within the agreed budget, managing spend effectively to ensure ROI

Our ideal candidate has:
* Significant experience of leading marketing teams to develop multi-channel campaigns with a track record of exceptional results
* Strong experience of interim/parental leave cover with a proven ability to hit the ground running and deliver excellence
* Strong knowledge across various channels including paid digital, events, PR/Comms, social, content, email and webinars.
* Experience building and optimizing the technical stack required for automation across the marketing function using HubSpot
* A strong branding background, with a deep understanding of Marketing's role in development, evolution and monetisation of products & services
* Proven experience in developing highly creative new marketing concepts and sales-focused strategies
* Passion and tangible knowledge of B2B Enterprise SaaS industries
* The ability to design the collection of key data inputs, analyse them, and turn them into insight-driven decision making to deliver clear results and marketing optimization.
* The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
* Excellent written and oral communication chops, in addition to polished presentation skills
* Top notch organization skills with a keen attention to detail
