Description
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Head of Marketing to lead our strategy and position us as the go-to digital marketing agency for iGaming. This is a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, establishing thought leadership, and generating a steady stream of new business opportunities.
Joining at an exciting time in our growth journey, you’ll shape our marketing strategy to support client acquisition, retention, and recruitment. Using data-driven insights, you’ll create impactful campaigns, maintain consistent messaging, and collaborate with the new business team to drive leads.
As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire and develop the marketing team, ensuring they have the skills and support to deliver great results. You’ll also work closely with service teams to showcase innovative campaign approaches and secure industry recognition through case studies and press coverage.

Key Responsibilities
* Create and lead the development of an overarching marketing strategy focused on building brand awareness, increasing agency visibility, generating new business opportunities, supporting client retention, and enhancing employee recruitment.
* Own our positioning as iGaming marketing expertise; working closely with service teams to capture and share innovative campaign approaches, develop case studies to showcase our impact on operator growth, oversee relationships with industry press and secure regular coverage and create content that demonstrates our in-depth understanding.
* Develop and guide the marketing team in executing the strategy through a range of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and regularly reviewing and refining tactics for maximum impact.
* Analyse cross-channel data to improve campaign performance and provide strategic insights that inform marketing decisions.
* Use data-driven insights, market research, and competitor analysis to enhance brand awareness and drive client acquisition.
* Take ownership of brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency across all communications and content.
* Collaborate with the Senior Growth Manager to oversee and enhance the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approach, creating personalised content tailored to audience personas and addressing key pain points.
* Continuously review and improve marketing processes, developing clear documentation and frameworks to be used consistently across the agency.
* Work closely with Heads of Service (Paid and Organic) to implement impactful marketing campaigns, including paid media activities and digital PR initiatives.
* Regularly present marketing performance reviews to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing actionable insights and recommendations for improved results.
* Lead, develop and coach the marketing team to continuously enhance their skillset. Provide mentorship and key learning opportunities.
* Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximise ROI across campaigns and initiatives. Monitor spend and make recommendations to optimise spend in key areas such as paid media, events, and brand awareness.
* Evaluate and implement marketing tools, platforms, and automation systems to improve team efficiency and campaign effectiveness. You will guide our adoption of AI tools for marketing automation and personalisation.
* Responsible for understanding and mapping customer journeys and touchpoints, regular evaluation of personas and development of target lists in HubSpot.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strategic thinking and an analytical mindset.
* Excellent communication skills. The ability to take people on a journey and ensure buy-in to plans and approach. The ability to bring teams together around a shared vision.
* Experience in building out processes and frameworks to create efficiencies in ways of working.
* Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com and other marketing and automation tools.
* Previous marketing agency experience with a track record of planning and implementing successful events, LinkedIn strategies and email marketing.
* Proven ability to create and manage effective thought leadership programmes.
* Experience in managing a team and have the ability to grow and develop team members, supporting their career progression.
* Experience in a leadership position within a marketing agency or B2B focused business.
