The Change and Transformation team manages the transformation portfolio for a rapidly growing asset management and operations business. The team is a bridge between the Transformation Office and the Asset Operations (AO) business, defining with these teams the business architecture for future ways of working.
Your role as Transformation Portfolio Manager is to oversee and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives within Asset Operations. This includes supporting teams with strategic planning, setting up programmes/projects initiatives, and coordinating the delivery of these to achieve desired business outcomes, driving and embedding the change. You will be the conscience of the portfolio, ensuring the actions are working together at the pace that is needed to drive Asset Operations’ outcomes.
