This role will require the candidate to oversee various activities within the programme and interact with other internal stakeholders.
Job Description:
1. Engage A*STAR researchers, corporate partners, and internal stakeholders on spinoff creation.
2. Organise and support innovation activities, such as design thinking programs, investor engagements, and pitch events.
3. Track various programme statuses and generate reports to ensure timely reporting.
4. Establish a talent network to identify suitable co-founders for A*STAR technology.
5. Focus on Science & Engineering sectors.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Business, Finance, Science/Engineering, or relevant fields.
2. 4+ years of work experience with a demonstrated track record of project management and venture building in the fields of decarbonization, chemical processes, power generation, materials, built environment, and other related areas.
3. Prior experience with start-ups/early-stage companies or VCs would be highly advantageous.
4. Good soft skills and interpersonal skills to cultivate relationships with founders, investors, and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work while being meticulous and organised.
6. A self-starter, independent, and resourceful.
