We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Digital & Computing Curriculum Manager on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at the client's discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: £26.06 - £34.05 per hour
Summary:
The Computing & Digital Curriculum Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and assessment in computing and digital subjects. The role includes curriculum development, staff management, learner support, and stakeholder engagement to meet ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the curriculum to ensure relevance and high learner outcomes.
* Oversee staff performance, appraisals, and training needs.
* Track learner progress, attendance, retention, and achievement to meet KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and quality assurance standards.
* Engage with external stakeholders, employers, and funding bodies to expand opportunities.
* Support learners through workshops, masterclasses, and alumni engagement.
* Collaborate across departments to promote the Westminster Digital Academy.
Qualifications:
* Teaching and learning qualification at level 5
* Degree or professional qualification in Digital or Computing subject
* Must hold a Level 2 English and numeracy or equivalent

* You should have the right to work in the U.K.
* This role requires an enhanced DBS.
