Our client, a dynamic and expanding company with a turnover of approximately £25M, is looking for a Head of Account Management to lead their high-performing team and shape their commercial strategy.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead, mentor, and develop the account management team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
* Own and drive the customer success strategy, ensuring B2B clients maximize value from the platform.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute commercial growth initiatives.
* Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve service delivery, and drive revenue growth.
* Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to ensure long-term success.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a B2B environment.
✔️ Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
✔️ Commercially savvy, with a track record of contributing to strategic growth.
✔️ Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
✔️ A proactive, data-driven, and customer-centric mindset.
