Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our community mental health team in the mid of the county. In collaboration with our system partners will be expanding and improving all corners of mental health services. Main duties of the job To maintain and further develop the current Occupational Therapy role within the Community Mental Health Team, including 1:1 and group provision. Provision of Occupational Therapy to a defined caseload of patients within the Community Mental Health Service, using evidence-based practice, Occupational Therapy process and client centred principles. To contribute to assessment and planning, implementation, and evaluation of interventions within the context of a multi-disciplinary team. To support with generic tasks within the team as required. To contribute to the development of the Trust Occupational Therapy Service and best practice initiatives. To support with the development of Occupational Therapy support worker role within the team.
