Barchester’s Central Marketing team has an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality and Marketing Executive to join us. We are looking for someone with a strong administrative background, to support both the Marketing and Hospitality teams with a range of administrative tasks.
This is a permanent position, and we are offering a hybrid working environment, with travel into our head office in Central London twice per week.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience in an administrative role
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to commute into London at least twice per week
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting with the organisation of meetings and events
* Booking accommodation
* Minute taking
* Logging press coverage and uploading this to the intranet
* A range of other ad hoc tasks as required
